BATISTEADO or BATISTEN Soil Stabilization Processes

BATISTEADO or BATISTEN Soil Stabilization Processes

The soil stabilization processes using BATISTEN, an innovative approach, involve an intimate mixture —either compacted or not— of NATURAL OR RECYCLED SOIL from the project site or nearby area, combined with the BATISOLID CMB42 additive, selected aggregates and water. These mixtures, or BATISTEADOS, yield BATISTENES with specific water resistance, strength, and durability.

BATISTEADO - Method "A" Rotavating

BATISTEADO is the innovative process developed by INICIATIVAS BATISOLID, S.L. to produce BATISTEN, a material made with BATISOLID CMB42 —European patent application EP20382761.3— for the eco-sustainable development of road infrastructures and platforms. These methods aim to maximize the strength and durability of these infrastructures while simultaneously reducing the environmental impact of each project.

Within this process, Method "A" Rotavating is a technique that utilizes a rotavator, machinery that allows for direct mixing of the BATISOLID CMB42 additive with the ground at the construction site to achieve BATISTEN infrastructures.

BATISTEADO - Method "B" Auto-Mixing

BATISTEADO is the innovative process developed by INICIATIVAS BATISOLID, S.L. to produce BATISTEN, a material made with BATISOLID CMB42 —European patent application EP20382761.3— for the eco-sustainable development of road infrastructures and platforms. These methods aim to maximize the strength and durability of these infrastructures while simultaneously reducing the environmental impact of each project.

Within this process, Method "B" Auto-Mixing is a technique that uses auto-mixers to efficiently and sustainably mix the BATISOLID CMB42 additive and, subsequently, the water at the construction site to create BATISTEN infrastructures.
